Absolutely stellar customer service start to finish with this company, the ladies answering the phones and especially with Jason and his never ending knowledge ofwtever I based him about the instant hot water system he repaired. Had Dylan come to replace our hot water tank after it started leaking over the weekend. He was prompt and explained what had happened to my tank to make it start leaking. He came with supplies on his truck and was done the job within two hours. Great service, thanks again Dylan.

Installed a hot water tank for us, after 0ne year the tank rusted at the bottom and Leaked. Need a Plumber replaced it, but charged us another $1400 saying it would be reimbursed to by the tank supplier. We waited 12 weeks (eta 6-8 weeks), no check, called 6 times, no return calls. I went to their office, a lady opened the door 1/2 way, promised me they would call me back that day. The next day,they call and said no one processed the warranty on their end, I am out $1400.00

Our taps leaked this morning so we called need a plumber to come out. Rick showed us the different taps they carry and explained the prices. We are happy with the company and Rick, and we will use them to change our downstairs taps in the summer.

Rick was helpful and friendly. I will be sure to use them again if I have another clog.

A technician named Dylan came to our house because our basement had flooded while being away on vacation. Turns out our hot water tank leaked and made a huge mess. Dylan was able to asses the problem and give us options on how to fix it as quick as possible. Within a few hours he had replaced our tank and had everything cleaned up. So, to start the plumber took 5 and a half hours to install My tank. second, he was not upfront about the prices. he said everything was included in the price of the tank, this was not true. there is a charge of between $130-$190 for every pipe they touch not including the parts for replacement. the plumber did not have all his tools, so he had to use mine. then e cut off more pipe then he should have and charged me to replace a perfectly good shut off valve. So I found this company is linked with Mr Furnace, A R O plumbing and heating as well. Worst experience ever!!! I was left 3 weeks! Booked 4 different appointments every time! What a joke!!! Never called back asked to talk to a manager! And might as well been a robot to book me in!!! I couldn’t be more pissed! Have never herd “I’m next on the list, sorry our tech’s are behind” I’d shut this place down if up to me!
