called out to repair faucet did so also recommended water tank be replaced it was to old and leaking did replace tank and faucet wife and I are happy with work and would recommend to friends and family

We called Sunday morning with a non-functioning hot water heater. the guys came faster than expected and were able to diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently and gave us a great deal. The guys were friendly and efficient and very knowledgable. They were also very pet friendly and made sure our pets didn't dash out the door as they went in and out.

We originally had a clogged kitchen sink and needed help asap since we had to cook; and when we called in, they were able to come in on the same day and even assessed our water tank & faucet. Not only were we able to get our sink unclogged, we got to upgrade our outdated tank and pipes. The technician was very outgoing and was able to keep us entertained while doing his job efficiently. Thanks! Would totally recommend~!

Do customers pay for the SAME issue to be fixed every time?

Disappointing service provided at Need A Plumber Canada. We had an issue a few weeks ago with our water tank leaking and you cam to "fix it". Less than one month later it is leaking again. I called to have this "fixed" again yesterday and no one came. I was told that someone would be at my house between 7am-9am and no one came. Your not so customer serviced based receptionist said that she she would not send anyone to come until between 3-5pm now and will likely say you don't guarantee your work
