I had an excellent experience. Nick was very courteous and friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong with my mower and patiently delivered a crash course in fuel management and conditioning.
Two days later, Nick telephoned to say that the machine was ready, but that it still ran a little rough when it was cold. The very modest bill I paid was a big surprise, in view of all the trouble they went to for me. By the way, my mower no longer runs rough, even when it’s cold.

I consider myself knowledgeable when it comes to engines, was fighting with my snow blower not running right. Took it in and showed him what I messed up. He had now problem and didn't even laugh at the stupid mistake I did. Got it back the same day. He even called after his store was closed!!!! Price and customer service was great. Thx for the service

I took our mower to Active Tool Repair based on a suggestion from my neighbour. The guys were great - fixed the problem fast, the quality of the work was top notch, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

A pure Canadian store. Friendly staff and great deals if one wants to avoid line ups in Wall-mart. Store brand Giant value and other items are reasonably priced and of good quality.

The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona. Went to Rona Martin Grove to find a paint for basement concrete floor, waterproof and mildew resistent.
Had no idea about this paint but met Elisabeth and got the best service, knowledge and attitude. I left with a big smile and the paint!
