I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. He listened to the issue and provided honest feedback which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this place, as our family has been going here for a while and every time we get great customer

I have utilized this firm for my tire needs since 2007 for both my business vehicle and personal vehicle(s). Service has been prompt and efficient. In other words "top notch". During busy times (tire changeover) the place is a zoo but if you schedule a day or two in advance you have no problems. You are always smart to get an appointment ahead of time rather than simply taking it in when it is convenient (to you) Use some common sense and understand that a lot of people work downtown.

I have owned a few Honda Accords for over 20 years, I always trusted the Honda dealerships for repairs. After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing. I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. He is very honest, not over selling, very efficient and customer service oriented business.
