Reliant Climate (Brantford): We had an absolutely exceptional service experience with Reliant Climate. We had fireplaces and a furnace assessment required after purchasing a 20+-year old home. Craig and Jacob (Brantford office) arrived and exceeded all expectations beyond belief. They were courteous, professional and not only repaired everything, but also set us up with 'user training' to help us maintain safely. 5 Stars all the way!

We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !

The installation process was well organized and we were so impressed by the level of professionalism. The skill and craftsmanship in this work is clearly evident. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable and super friendly installing some natural gas runs for us and disconnecting /reconnecting our AC. He clearly cares about the comfort of his clients and was willing to come back closer to the date we are having an excavation done to disconnect our AC so that we would not have to suffer without it. Even though that meant a separate trip for him. Highly recommended country lines for any work.

this place gets E FOR EFFORT and I mean it! I didnt know how to start my air conditioner, cindy called me back and answered my questions and also my thermostat was reading in Fahrenheit,i liked Celsius, jim walked me through the steps to change it----using his cell after business hours!!!!! amazing!!! thank you zed air
