On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue

Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease. I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. Again the team at Drain Rescue plumber came to the rescue! This time, the kitchen sinks werent bleeding & I couldnt find the clog. Im caring for my elderly father, so the sink problem was a significant matter for me. Urgently, I called them at Drain Rescue plumber, explained the issue & the situation.
