Ive worked at Chippawa Animal Hospital since Dr. Peggy Dowell opened her doors in 1991. The one thing I can say about working here is that staff dont leave. That speaks volumes to the atmosphere and family we have created over the years. We welcome new clients to join us. I had the unfortunate need for a vet after the Thanksgiving weekend while vacationing in the Sault. I called and spoke to Kelly who fit me in on Tuesday afternoon. My cat Bella was treated by Dr Palmer who was very gently and thorough. With some anti biotics and rest Bella is back to her old self and we are ready for our trip home. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her.

Excellent vet, wonderful techs and admin staff. We have had a couple of occasions where our dogs have needed to be seen promptly and Dr. Shaw is so accommodating. Grateful to have them in the Sault.

I have taken my cats to this clinic for many many years and they have always been amazing.
During the toughest of visits ( end of life assistance) they have gone above and beyond with their conpassion and care. They are always informative and open to any questions. Another great factor is that they are affordable.
Thankful we have such a great clinic in our area.

AMAZING TEAM !!!! Incredible experience twice !!!!!!! I have to take my dog in on Tuesday night since she was shaking and cant even walk and no appetite at all. Dr. Adel read all the results from my regular vet and diagnosed my dog immediately. And now my dog eats normal, wags her tail, gives kisses like nothing happened before.Your guys are incredible, trustworthy and thank you for doing such amazing compassionate and professional care in Niagara Region.

After my last vet couldn't figure out how to treat my very sick cat.
I gave heartland niagara animal clinic a try.It was the best move ever , they figure out whats wrong with my cat,and gave option of how to treat her. They explain pros and cons of each treatment. Thanks to them shes alive and pain free.
Very reasonable and kind veterinarians also staff is excellent.
I recommend it highly to all who love and care for their animals.

Recently, Willow tore her CCL & Dr Aziz performed her TPLO surgery in his clinic. Any concern I have-his friendly, helpful staff have gone above & beyond to answer my questions!

Dr Wilson was fabulous. I have been a client at his clinic since 2001. He has always listened to our concerns and patiently explained all of our options. He has gained the trust of our most timid and skittish rescue dog, which goes to show that he is a true animal lover. We have had several animals over the years and he has the utmost compassion when it was time to let them go. I would, and have, recommended Wilson's to anyone who is in need of a great veterinarian!

The vet and technicians know what they are doing. The vet is great I had my 2 -10 week olds chocolate labs in to see him he’s great with animals as if you don’t understand him he explains it in laymen’s terms so you do understand and he was great handling the puppies and hi technicians are so friendly and haven’t heard anyone complain at all about him. The end of the month they go back for there boosters and to be microchipped. Then next June it’s neutering time for both my males. Try him out.
