Owner is arrogant. He passed us the wrong wraps and denied without proof just accusing us of lying and saying we where all stupid. After this issue he refused to do business with us without completing our order. The wraps in question say the box is supposed to weigh 14.4 lbs and .47mil. I do not have to tool to measure the .47 but the box weights 17.4 lbs. the other 2 options of wraps are .40 mil and the box says it weights 16 lbs, the other .59mil at 18 pounds.
