    I first called the 800 number but call the store to see for myself and feel the blinds. Ordered 2 and they were ready a day early not expensive and very easy to install.

    Service apres vente

    Je suis tjrs en attente de mon store que j'ai retourné parce qu'il y avait un défaut dans le tissus. La succursale de Terrebonne l'a en sa possession mais ne me l'a tjrs pas envoyé. On m'avait dit qu'il partirait lundi mais nous sommes mercredi et après leur avoir téléphoné, il est tjrs à leur magasin. Je leur ai précisé que je n'avais rien dans ma fenêtre depuis une semaine et que c'était urgent. Très très mauvais service de leur part!

    Prompt, Efficient Service

    Blinds arrived as stated. Service was efficient and friendly.Staff were helpful in choosing the material and were explicit in their instructions on how to measure the window to be covered. Overall a good experience.
