I was happy with the length and the smoothness of the nails extensions but the technician made the white of the nail too big so I have now have these weird stubby baby nails with giant white tips. He was not open to any changes as he was working though I kept telling him I thought it was too much white; I asked if they could just put a solid colour on top to hide how weird they look but they said I would have to pay. The person who seemed in charge refused to discuss it and was quite rude.

Went for pedicure and shellac refills at the regal nails in plateau Gatineau, the pedcurist used her hand to clean the floor and than try to rub my feet, I told her to at least change the gloves. She did not scrub under my feet at all, just some soap and rinse. I paid the hefty 35,00$ for the worst pedicure ever. I'd di not do the refil. The manager told me that they want my kind of people because , note that I am a black woman.. I am still in shock.

I've gotten my nails done all over the NCR and Outaouais and I keep ending up back here. They deliver a quality product and service - my acrylic nails never break (even when I leave them on longer than I should. I also love that they will consult with you and provide suggestions so that you are sure to leave feeling confident and pleased with the work that they did. I would recommend this place to anyone.
