on Dec. 1st they told me they will be shipping the mic out within 14 days. after 3 weeks I emailed them again and they gave me some bs reply like they are "expecting it soon" and telling me to call the store for a detailed ETA. what customer service tells customer to call the store instead of providing information in writing? this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. it is now Dec. 28th. all my gifts arrived on time except for this one. if I have issues getting this refunded like the other custo
