Terrible service!!! In Feb. 2021, I visited the store to get a quote for in ground pool repair. I was given an order receipt. On April 5, 2021, a technician came to my house and said I would receive a quote within 1 week. Two weeks later, I called the store to inquire about the estimate. I was told I would get a callback within 24 hrs. Two phone calls later, I was told my request would be sent to the store manager who’d get back to me in 48 hours. Still no estimate and not 1 single call back!
