Burger cook has no idea how to properly cook burgers. We stood and watched while he used his flipper to repeatedly squash them flat against the grill, squeezing all the juices out of them. Even teenagers who work at McDonalds know that you dont squeeze the juices out of burgers - they need their juices to cook properly! Our burgers were as flat, dry and unappetizing as charcoal briquettes by the time we got them. I had heard such good things about this restaurant, but the burgers were awful
