    Friendly, intimat...

    Friendly, intimate atmosphere. Health practitioners collaborate to determine best treatment options for injuries and chronic pain. My quality of life wouldn't be what it is without constant care from Lindy and Dr Mandzak

    In good HANDS!

    I have a job that is labor intensive and hard on my body, without my regular massages with Lindy, I don't think I would be able to work. She has gifted hands, a kind heart and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the science behind the massage. She knows what hurts before I even tell her. I've been to many Massage Therapists in the past, I'll never change again !

    So grateful for Dr. Mandzak and Lindy!

    After 4 years of hip/lower back pain since the birth of my 2nd child and daily headaches (and after seeing other chiropractors) the team at Mandzak Chiropractic - Health Centre not only have me walking pain free but I am training for a half marathon and headaches are a thing of the past! Dr. Mandzak takes the time to listen and actively asks questions about my health and that of my family. He volunteers information and always takes the time to ensure I get the most out of my appointment. The seamless partnership of Dr. Manzak and Lindy an RMT at the Centre have had proven success when it comes to optimizing my health. I have never had such effective massages in my life. Like Dr. Manzak, Lindy takes the time to listen to my concerns and comes up with a plan to effectively use the time we have together. I never write these reviews, but I truly want others to find what I have found! They know what to do and how to bring about balance within you. After each visit I feel ready to step back into life with more energy, positivity and vibrancy!
