One thing is definite about personal trainer Lorne Opler – he has a deep conviction about the benefits of fitness. Clad in a sporty quick-dry T-shirt that reveals his muscular physique, he demonstrates the proper use of weight machines. He encourages a visitor to try pressing her elbows against a huge rubber ball, an exercise that whips flabby stomach muscles into shape. Lorne also helps clients with mental health conditions boost their brain chemistry through exercise. Lorne’s comprehensive knowledge of physiology allows him to tailor his work with customers who suffer from chronic conditions, including osteoporosis (bone thinning), diabetes and arthritis. He has even helped one man with Parkinson’s disease improve his balance through exercise.
Lorne is a very motivating and clear instructor and is reliable and punctual. My training is specifically in water, and Lorne modifies the programme to ensure that I get the best workout for my needs. The added convenience of him coming to my condo pool is a huge plus! I highly recommend Lorne and feel that he is knowledgeable in his field.

It was a pleasure to work with Lorne.
He came to my condo, which was incredibly convenient, and customised a workout based on my body type and my goals.
But what impressed me was his ability to change and adapt my workouts depending on what I could do, what I liked to do and what results I was achieving. Lorne was very knowledgeable on the body and kinetics.
I would recommend Lorne to help you get healthy.
