We recently moved into a new small office, with 3 small offices and a shower, approx 800sqft. Our neighbours use I&A, so we figured we'd give them a try. They quoted us 2 cleaners for 1-1.5 hours, which I figured was high, but I figured if they did a great job, it was worth it. However, they were seriously lazy and bad cleaners. I would NOT recommend. They did a very lousy job and left a lot to be cleaned up after we arrived. When asked if they wanted to correct the situation, they declined.
