Dr Tommy Ho

Rudest receptionist ever, she gave us this feeling like we owe her money type of attitude. We accidentally mixed up the date of our appointment and she kept blaming me on the phone saying «  it’s our fault » 3 times in a row, like lady, we get that you hate your job but you still have to do your job lol. The doctor should hire someone more better at customer service and more educated. But Dr. Ho is a very good doctor thank you.
