i had ordered two large poutins my fries were NOT...

i had ordered two large poutins my fries were NOT cooked and when i called to let them know that they had sent me uncooked fries the girl was rude and told me that the complainte department opened the next day at 11AM therefore i have not ordered chez nous since then! the staff is rude and the food was uncooked!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

i loved the food. the delivery was a lil tardy, but my place is a lil hard to find.. the delivery guy was very curteous and the girl on the phone was very nice. two thumbs up !!!
