Why Would a Dog Boarding Business Owner Not Respond?
We left our healthy, 7 mth puppy at Roverdale for 4 days and when we picked him up, we noticed a very deep, open cut on his side. The owner, Luan, said she "didn't notice it till now". Our vet's bill for the surgery was almost $600! We sent 2 letters (1 registered) to Luan about looking into the hazard of something sharp at her facility and about taking some responsibility for Charlie's injury and she didn't even respond! $700 for 4 days of boarding? Highly Irresponsible business practice.
