Niagara Battery & Tire

3hr wait to be told I needed new tire. Booked an appointment for the next day to get tires. Arrived and was told about 2 hrs because they got slammed? What is the point of making an appointment if you just get in line on the walk in job board????

Up until this point, great service! I am so disheartened to hear that Dan from Service is no longer with this company. (Otherwise they would be receiving a 5 star rating). He made every experience such a pleasure for me and I will be finding out where he goes and I will follow him. Unfortunately, for Niagara Battery and Tire, I know I am not the only one who feels this way and I am sure they will see quite a drop in their clientele due to this change.

Disappointed!!!! No customer service!!!

I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

Execellent experience. Great service from everyone. My choice going forward for all tire needs.

I bought my winter tires here. Every time I bring them in to get put on or taken off, it is free of charge just because I bought them here. This morning, I brought them in, and they had them changed in 5 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!
