Cutomer Service is horrible!!! I have falled 3 different people at this branch all saying they will call me back by end of business day or first thing the next morning!! Yes i as well am still waiting for call back, even after i went inside and complained!!! I am currently moving all my accounts to a different bank that actually cares for its customers!! My household has 6 accounts here and yes they will be all gone including my loans as well.
We started a small business and opened an account with this branch. The customer service is terrible. We had some questions and needed to speak with the manager. 3 days ago she said she would call us back the next morning and we are still waiting for the call.
We not only pulled our business account with them, we pulled out our personal accounts as well. When someone has an emergency and needs an answer just ignoring the customer is ignorant on all levels. This branch needs a new manager.
