Stuck in a drive thru for half an hour isn’t my idea of good service. The guy you were training couldn’t speak English and without exaggerating he took at least 10 minutes to get the order from the car in front of me who only wanted two cups of coffee with milk. Both myself and that man had already waited about 10 minutes for the car in front of him to have his order understood. Sitting at the order screen being told to “please wait” for another 10 minutes was maddening! I’m done with you.
