Oh my gawd...what a horrible place...the food was tasteless and the service...what service??? Not a good place to dine....they need to revamp their customer service skills
On my first visit to Canada about 4 years ago, East Side Marios was a brilliant restraunt, with fast service, excelent quality food and particularly good prices.
Unforunately economic rationalism and popularity set in.
The best that can be said about the service now is that it is slow and lacklustre, the food has been changed to less than fresh and the servings are decidedly more skimpy.
the prices have become abominable.
I was VERY dissapointed in the direction ESM took, and I cannot forsee any possible reason they will take my money again.
yuck! What happened to you guys?! Your cheese capelletti was all time favourite dish...until now. The sauce was gross and runny and the pata was chewy. And as for the service...What service? we won't be going back.
