Gave away my reservation as I was late. Did not include in email that they don’t hold vehicle passed set time. They had no extra vehicles onsite. Went on website to see if I could rebook for same day. It was confirmed. They called and said they still don’t have any vehicles. Called customer service to complain. They were not sympathetic. I could therefore not go on planned vacation.
