I cancelled my membership within the 10 days trial after finding out my school offers free swimming pass. And 2 months later I still haven’t gotten my refund back, neither did I get any affirmative information about my refund status from my calls during these 2 months. UPDATE: The owner contacted me shortly after the I sent an email regarding the issue, and processed my refund right away. On the top of that I was thoroughly explained why the refund was delayed and received sincere apologies.
I have been to a few gyms before but I can really stick to this one They have a women's only area that has a lot of equipment and is usually not crowded They also offer free classes with their membership, Tracey and Paul host great ones tongue emoticon I also signed up with training with Tracey, she is funny and sweet and is always looking out for me! Thanks Tracey!!
I registered my mother at the gym. We paid cash for month by month. My mother didn't like the gym because she has back problems and it's got too much stairs and the pool is only accessible by schedule. I canceled the registeration and finished the paper work all before the legal 10 days period. While I was there doing the paper work, they said that I cannot take back my money now because I paid cash and Elda had to process the refund for but she wasn't available. I saw her in her office and waved to her. I had already finished the paperwork and I only wanted the money back. How long could that have taken? The front desk lady told me that I'm gonna have to wait for 5 days and they'll call me to book an appointment for my refund. I called back the next day cause the while thing didn't make sense to me. another lady answered and told me that they'll call me. I've been waiting for that phone call for 10 days now and no one contacted me. I'm going tomorrow to see if I can get a refund already.
I've been a member of the gym for the past decade and have been very satisfied with the service I've received. Under the responsibility of the prior management there WAS a bar and the place was disgusting. However, since the new owners took over the establishment it has seen dramatic improvements. The bar has been converted into a learning center and library, the pool is very clean and warm and the club is continually undergoing resurfacing and renovations. I recently noticed that the staff has been spectacular at addressing my needs and concerns and that there are many satisfied members at the facility since the changes were implemented. I went to this club initially because it was convenient and affordable and now I thoroughly enjoy my time at National Fitness because of the new ambiance and congenial attitude of the staff and other members alike. Thank you National Fitness for making my club a truly great place to be!
