David's Fine Linens Bayview Village

Unfortunately, I purchased a cotton blanket that has some yellow staining, which I only noted after I washed it once on the day of purchase (as per store's instructions). The stains, while small, are deeply ingrained and were not by caused by the washing. I called and informed the store and was told that because I washed the product, it would go against store policy to return. I would keep clear of this Bayview Mall store. Irresponsible and unethical.

I bought 4+ bedroom sets of pillows, duvets, sheet sets and duvet covers from the Bayview location online/ via the Bayview store during COVID. The service was exceptional. The products were delivered right to my door by a staff member. As I ordered online there were a number of items I wished to exchange (color, look/feel not always easy to gauge on a computer screen). The attention to detail and assistance with the exchanges was second to none. Liz at the Bayview location was especially amazing

Do not shop and buy anything from this place! Customer service is non-existence. Bought Queen Size duvet set for over $500. Their Queen duvet is too small for queen bed. Tried to exchange for King size instead I got a call from an extremely rude man who wouldn't give his name, told me not to speak and he demanded. This is not the way you should treat any client . This is just a duvet, a respect should be worth more than this $500. You should not be in a retail business - no service at all.

I can’t believe riding the negative reviews, we visited the some store in Bayview village. We purchased two down Quinn’s size pillows. The lady who serve us was exceptional, very knowledgeable and warm and her name is Neeru, we purposely ask. Thank you Neeru and we hope you are recognized as exceptional worker. Best Mike and Mima

No Customer Support. We ordered a king set and the top sheet was not the correct size and when we returned it they merely said they would add a piece to the sheet instead of making a new sheet as per the contract.

Great business women and shopper!

visiting Bayview village while visiting TO a week ago we stopped by David's linens. We were greated by a very rude sale women. Growing up in this area for most my life I was shocked by the unproffesionlism of the staff I expected more given the ridiculous price of the merchandise. We were told that we couldn't touch the trash can on display because it was to expensive!! $2100.Really...they're kidding! As a business owner I WOULDN'T give this store my business. Price = customer service. Minus 1.

Helpful and knowledgable staff. I really appreciated the home delivery service. Will be coming back

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The salesperson sold me a queen size duvetset instead of a king size duvetset for the duvet I had just purchased there in the same transaction! I went back the next am, and another salesperson said they had to look for the king and would deliver it to my house by 4pm. I left the queen size with them. When it turned out they couldn't find the king size, the owner David tried to tell me that I washed it!!! I ended up having to do a chargeback and they made a fake receipt that I picked it back up!!

Scary. David (owner) said to take the sheets home and confirm the colour was fine. When I returned them, he said "sorry, no refunds". He did not say that when i paid $300+ for a pair of sheets. I later discovered that, after discount, their prices are still 10% higher than other places. The "sale" stickers are years old. Not the kind of folks I want to do business with. I will not go back.
