The food wasn't terribly impressive. Compared to other BP locations, this one is lacking. The pizza crust is like a cracker. Service was alright, although a little slow and the server didn't make much of an impression on me as far as enthusiasm for her job. It wasn't awful, but I didn't feel my experience was worth the money I spent to go out for dinner.
Wow!, this restauranst is the most terrible restaurant in newmarket. The food was terrible and the size of meal you actually get for the price you pay! It's ridiculous.

Wow! Thats all I can say. It seems like everyone in there has never worked in the industry before. We were told to seat ourselves in the bar, but then ignored for 10 minutes. When the server did come over she looked unimpressed that we had choosen to sit in HER section because she thought she was about to be cut. Our food was equally as slow and unimpressive. I was upset but not angry, when the server came over and said she would get the manager to come to talk to me. The manager came over wearing very unprofessional attire and said she would take care it. Take care of it? We were given a free (disgusting) dessert. This place seems like it is run by amateurs, guess you cant expect much from places with those standards.
The place was EMPTY. We were sat and left for about 15 min. Our server who had 1 other table (accross from us) ignored us, she didn't say hello, give eye contact and didn't smile. I needed a drink to take take tylenol for my pounding headache but ended up having to leave. The hostess said" You're leaving already?" I just laughed at her. I will never set foot in there again. I tell everyone to stay away.
