Very bad experience. Will not go again or recommend anyone to do any business with Sterling House. They use sub-standard vendors with no knowledge and experience. Staff are unprofessional, will not take time to understand your needs and will not take any responsibility. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Dont waste your time, money or energy and take your business somewhere else, SH does not deserve your business and you will definitely be disappointed.
Peter is a great young lad who listens and tries his best to assist. I would highly recommend everyone to give this store a shot. Their prices were very competitive and love the fact that they were not at all pushy like some of the other places. I actually felt like I had known these Peter forever. I think I have found my go to place for my furniture needs. Thanks Peter and see you again when I furnish my next room.
I'm not sure who to blame. I ordered 5 pieces of furniture in Nov ‘15. At the time I was told 8-10 weeks for delivery. Multiple delays, excuses and problems ensued. Sterling had been paid in full on Feb 10 & I finally received all my furniture Jun 14. They insisted on ordering me a new table to replace a defective one, the week of Aug 28. As of Feb 24/17, over 24 weeks later. I have not received one call, email or any other form of communication. Their customer service is incredibly POOR!!!
