I would give them zero stars if I had the option. It was the worst experience I have ever had while renting a car. I had to wait 1 hour and a half to get the car I wanted and the manager did not want to take responsibility. He wasn't at the office but the clerc called him explaining their internal problems while trying to deliver my car and he simply didn't want to hear about it. routes is very unprofessional. Just booked twice and had to face so many issues. i will address the issues here: 1. They force me to use a different credit card because the card i wanted to used didnt have platinum written. Their understanding is that only platinum card has car rental collision. Even though my credit card clearly covers car rental collision. I showed them online that my card covers but they wont accept and want platinum

Impolite, told us we could drop off the vehicle by 10PM and get a shuttle to the airport , however the shuttle drivers go home at 6PM. Absolutely dissatisfied with the service. We will not return here and give them our business. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else

First this is by no way an Airport location as they claim. This location is off of Rexdale blvd, in an industrial area. 20-30 mins drive depending the time of day The service is terrible and lots of hidden fine print. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR ECONOMY WHO ARE THE SAME PLACE LOCATION,COUNTERS AND STAFF

Rented a premium SUV 2 weeks ago to travel to California. Customer service was awesome! The price was truly the lowest in town. 5 stars. Will definitely recommend this rental company to my family and friends!!
