Very satisfied with service

My agent was very friendly and professional. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we have a lot of questions. My agent is very open-minded and helpful. She also offered us extra service when moving out of our apartment. The staff are courteous and the office is very welcoming. Highly recommendable.

Rude Agents

I found myself with the most rude and arrogant agent who is listing a property on 56 Plains Road in Burlington, ON. She crudely and abruptly stipulated she would not "waste her time" to show me the property unless she has seen my financial net worth in advance. I was taken aback by her really poor attitude and gall. Having gone through numerous real estate dealings, I have never had a real estate out right REFUSE to show a listing property because he/she didn't know the certainty of whether a property will/will not sell. That is all part and parcel of the job of a real estate agent! It is no wonder that property has been sitting there! Her thick accent didn't help matters either. She obviously didn't understand the words, "I am a very serious buyer."
