Eco Star Home Service

My 15 years old AC broke down and have been seeking for a repair, but the consultants have informed me that with the currents rebate system replacing a whole new AC is way more effective and cheaper! I recently just received all rebates like they promised. Definitely a great place to look into if you want an affordable yet has great Brand name air conditioners.

My neighbor informed me about Eco Star Home Services. I visited Eco Star website and contacted them & within no time Eco Star Energy Consultants responded back to me. They answered all my queries, questions and came across as extremely knowledgeable, passionate, humble and honest team. They did repair my AC and provided me the list of dos & donts. What’s more, their costing was completely transparent and affordable. Since, then it’s been a smooth sailing. Eco Star team exceeded my expectations.

My association with Eco Star Home Services dates back to 2015 when I shifted to North York. The company offered me all services under one roof. They offered host of payment options including low down payment, low monthly payment, defer payment and rental options. Furthermore, they went a step ahead and offered energy efficient air conditioners, furnace and water heaters with friendly rebates and multi-year warranty. This greatly helped me to regulate my budget.

The worst customer service I have ever seen, it has been over a month now that they promised to install a central air cleaning and humidifier system and despite of several commitments they never showed up, very poor service and not worth spending your money or time with them. I wish if I could give 0 Stars but unfortunately it's not available!!

My AC was broken down during a very hot day， and referral by my friend contacted this company, told them I have very small kids at home and needed emergency service. They sent the service technician Andy the same day here to fix my AC. So glad my AC was back and running shortly. I will highly recommend this company to all friends and family. Again really appreciate Andy's help！
