Hello, Only Eavestroughs installed new eaves on my house this fall. I thought Michael O Kane and his team were very professional and did a good job on our eaves for a reasonable price. I was also impressed with how honest Michael and his team were, and how they take pride in their work.

I recently had my eavestroughs replaces by this company. Though I cannot comment on the quality of work, as time will tell, I will comment on my experience. The men who did the work were on time, courteous and professional. The work would have been completed in one day but an issue arose, which required them to come back a second day and the issue was resolved within the hour. I have no reason to doubt the quality of the work. I would like to thank them all for a job well done.

These guys came out a few years ago to repair my sagging eavestrough and falling and damaged downspouts. They did a fantastic job and were very polite and professional. Of course they were the company I called back to do my renovation project. We just had the soffit, fascia and Eavestrough system replaced and it looks really great. Thank you Rodger and Mike at London Property Solutions/Only Eavestroughs you've done an excellent job once again and I will refer you to our friends, family and anyone looking for job well done

Quality Eavestrough Cleaning and Repairs

We had severe leaks in our eavestrough at the corners for years which resulted in flooding our basement Our eavestrough itself was loose and coming away from the fascia and we had a downspout blocked completely. We called Only Eavestroughs and they came to our rescue, within 24 hours of calling these helpful technicians, our problems were solved and our eavestrough are functioning better than ever. We had all of our corners sealed properly!! and now we have no leaks and a guarantee for 2 years that they wont leak. The eavestroughs were reinforced and now the water is flowing through them properly. After a cleaning the eavestroughs and downspoputs of all debris and leaf buildup we can rest assured that our basement wont leak again. Thank you for solving our issues
