Very unsatisfied, Horrible Customer Service. They gave me the wrong frames on my original order. Later, when my not inexpensive frames crumbled in my hand I called them to see if they were still under warranty, they said yes, come on in. When I got there it was a different story. They lost the info on my extended warranty in their computer system somehow in the 10 minutes it took me to drive over and refused to honor it, however they were happy to offer a number of paid services to fix my glasses. They also refused to give my wife her own prescription information to take business elsewhere. I'll never use them again. Costco offers same frames at a third of the price.
From the warm greeting of the front of store staff to the tall, handsome, very professional optometrist, the experience was top notch. I'm waiting for my glasses and can't wait to return to see how great they are!!
