Pool Mart Service

The store is great but the service is terrible. This is unfortunate because it will also drag down the name of the store selling supplies. We had work done two years ago(a big job) and still waiting for it to be fixed and completed properly. I'm sad to say I thought i was a good, long term customer but being treated this way is not acceptable and not how you deal with loyal customers. My mistake in paying in full when it was «almost done». Now I am being ghosted and can't get the job completed.
