Made an order, which took 10 minutes. Called 2 hours later to see where it was. The order was never put in. Why be a delivery service if you do not deliver? Just Brutal
You order, but only actually show up half the time... Other half is 2+ hours. I guess 50-50 is not bad if you are a gambler.
Sometimes fast...sometimes very very long wait...This time it's a no show...no warning...no courtesy call....the reason we call for delivery is usually because we already had a drink and don't want to drive....so much for encouraging people to stay safe....Bravo

Was not impressed ordered at 9.05 pm promised an hour didn't arrive till 10.55 pm I think the delivery charge should of at least been split driver was polite but almost 2 hrs later is a little bit much first time ordered terribly disappointed to say the least

B & D Delivery Service is a GREAT Service. They are extremely efficient and absolutely the friendliest staff members from the phone to the door, I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have lived in Toronto and the delivery service there is prompt, but in no way compares to the service from B & D. The price is fair too :)

The office staff there is SO knowledgeable and helpful! They always answer my questions, and are quite polite, most of the time. Received a fast delivery, super happy with the service I received, would definately use them again!
You were a gret help! Last Satruday I was hosting a large dinner party. My husband forgot to pick up the wine at the LCBO and he did not remember until just before our guests arrived. Your dispatcher was friendly and professional and the driver had our wine delivered within 45 minutes of my call. It really helped us out and we both feel it was $ well spent. I will use B & D again!
B & D Deliveries have always provided me with great service at best, at par service at worst. The beer is always cold, and they have a good amount of stuff in stock at any given time. I use them frequently.
Over THREE hours on a delivery that was promised to be 45mins! Many calls to dispatch, more promises of speedy delivery and still nothing! SLOWEST delivery service I have EVER used in my life! No explanation, no bad weather or other issues that would have held up this delivery. I do NOT recommend this service!
This is the second time this company has failed to deliver in a reasonable amount of time! Tonight at 8:30pm i ordered a case of beer by midnight it still had not showed up so i decided to call it a night! I then receive a call about twenty minutes later from B&D Delivery stating the driver is outside my house, i kindly explained i called 3 and a hours ago and did not want it anymore, the guy on the phone said no you placed the order at 10:30pm, I told the guy thats not even possible considering the beer store closes at 9pm. They are very rude to talk to on the phone and there service is very poor! This is not how you conduct business with the public and i hope that i do not see b&d delivery in business much longer!!!!!
