Second renovation with Jamie Gillis (Gillis Residential Renovators) and we are thrilled. We had a beautiful new deck built that everyone (including us) has raved about. Jamie and Darren are wonderful to work with, great to have in your home and have stayed within budget on each of our projects (no surprises!). Highly recommend this company.

Jamie and his crew renovated our main floor bath in December 2017. It was a great experience, and we highly recommend Gillis Residential Renovators to anyone looking for an excellent job done by a top-notch crew and sub-contractors. They communicated well and were a pleasure to have in our home; we always knew what was taking place and when, and the work was done extremely well and with our input and numerous questions fully answered. We are 100%+ satisfied with our new bathroom.

Only choose GRR if you want your reno to be done extremely well, by wonderful people and on budget. We had the pleasure of having Jamie & Darren in our home for a full bath and laundry room reno, along with a small group of great sub-contractors. They are friendly & professional – their work is top-notch with incredible attention to detail. After a lot of frustration we found a contractor who is genuine, professional, trustworthy, patient and reasonably priced. We had a MAJOR job that involved turning our main floor into a gorgeous open concept living area. We made 2 bdrms into 1 large one with a walk-in closet. We installed new windows and new flooring. Jamie and his team were wonderful to deal with. Jamie made our vision happen within our budget by combining our own ideas with his wisdom and style. We could not be more pleased!

Kitchen reno gone great!!

Jamie and his whole team - including subcontractors - were amazing to work with from start to finish. We had our kitchen completely gutted and remodeled. Jamie's creativity, attention to detail (including budget) and sense of humour made the whole process a smooth one. The end result is a kitchen that's become the heart of our home and really reflects our personalities. We will definitely be using Gillis Residential Renovators again!
