    Ordered from HI-way florist for a surprise for my mom. Once again excellent service, there arrangements are top notch. This has always been my florist and will continue. Keep up the excellent service.

    Woman working morning of Thursday 18th was very rude and ignorant as I was trying to look at flowers, which I did not ask to be insulted or did not ask for any help as I was already greeted walking in. Another woman approached me & started pulling arrangements from the freezer and proceeded to tell me - ou its cold in here, I cannot help you if I dont have a price range im not sure what you are looking for? I didnt even get a chance to look myself to know. not impressed or recommending SMH

    Would not recommend this florist. What you order is not even close to what is delivered.When you call to complain there is nothing but excuses. Pictures will explain themselves. The orange arrangement is what I ordered the yellow one was what was delivered. I upgraded to premium at $84.00 The owner did try to make it right with a new arrangement which was nice, but not even close to what I wanted.

    We are sorry you are not satisfied. Our designer worked with you extensively on the phone with the first order and described what choices we had available at the time and you approved those changes. We sent you pictures of the second arrangement that was sent out that you approved also. As for the photos you posted the arrangement is clearly in the shipping container and was not removed from the packaging. So I am confused at your review as you stated. " they are beautiful, thank you!! ".
