Purolator

Absolutely the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. First you can’t talk to anyone local, second in our small town about 1000 people, their drivers get lost or can’t find my house. Lastly rude on the phone. I would never tell anyone to use this company, absolutely the worst!!!

Did not receive Amazon package and tracking said that Pitney Bowes was the company delivering and that they tried on Jan 5th but no one answered their knock. I was home all day and I live in a apartment that needs to be buzzed in NO one tried to deliver. I checked Purolator their system said the tracking number I had was not in their system. Today Jan 12 I finally get a call from Purolator saying they have my package and if I do not pick up asap they will be sending back. Horrible Company!!
