The person who answers the phone is a know it all. He thinks he knows what you need in your life and doesn't want to repair anything. What a place? I wanted my treadmill fixed but he refuses to fix it because he thinks it is not worth it. I paid 3,000 for the treadmill but it is not worth to fix it. I would never call these people again if my life depended on it.

Does not respond to email repair requests

Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I would totally recommend this company.
