Before calling Misha, I had my buildings caretaker come look at my lock confirmed that it was indeed jammed. My caretaker provided me Mishas number. He arrived promptly after our phone consultation. With just a couple of turns and some more WD-40 later it worked. I felt silly because i thought it was a much bigger issue. I offered to pay because it is a business at the end of the day. However, Misha did not charge me. Highly recommend! Responsible, accountable and honest.

I was having an issue trying to get into my apartment as the lock stopped working for some reason. I called a few locksmiths just to ask around, and this guy was by far the most reasonably priced. He showed up within 30 minutes and fixed up the lock. While he was here he told me that he used to work in Denman Mall and that he has been doing this for over 15 years.
