    a technician came to my senior moms home to look at furnace claimed motor was dead. I asked him questions he didn't like me asking any questions. I told him I needed to consult with my mom who is senior translate and it's a lot of money so we need to figure out our next steps. This technician was upset because I was inquiring and asking questions to better understand the problem. i think he was mad because he thought I wasn't going to pay him. Told him to fix and repair he then said I had a poo
