    I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Very kind. Thank You Kal Tire for your generosity.

    Excellent customer service. RANDY went above and beyond making sure my equinox ready for winter. Excellent prices excellent service I have no problem recommending Kal Tire on Victoria Road in Nanaimo. Best over all experience I’ve had in years. Thank you to all the staff at Kal Tire
