Universal TV Service Centre

Damaged my product brought in for warranty service and is not taking liability. When calling regarding the issue, customer service representative, Shan, spoke over me, didn't value my time, and hung up on me twice. I was never rude, spoke in a professional manner. Also, it's strange how all the other reviews here are almost exactly a year apart from each other. Like there's a reminder in someone's calendar at the company to leave a new one almost every year.

TV under warrenty prompt service tech careful in diasassemble and reassemble TV at home, tech explained what he wanted me to do re help in removing TV from wall mount and were to hold tv when it needed to be turned over.

Warranty ran out on LG 55" TV. This shop had the part and repaired TV the next day. Great service.

Service technician was excellent . Prompt , tidy , knowledgeable & fixed our Sharp microwave drawer . Universal also dealt with service in a timely manner.

My Energy speakers needed a new woofer. They ordered the part and got a discount vs me ordering it myself. I had them install it and they gave me a good price on the labour. So I would recommend them. Especially in light of the fact that to repair the woofer would have cost me more...i got a quote from a Vancouver speaker repair shop.
