I have been going to Teresa for close to 2 years. She has a natural ability to help get you through the obstacles we call fear. She guides you through accepting, bringing you to a place where you can accept and flourish. She gently pushes your boundaries, gives you homework and guides you through the decisions that hold you back. Teresa is a powerful soul and not afraid to take on the challenge.
