We viewed the condo apartment sunday and told her if we can give the application deposit on Friday and she said “sounds good to me” I texted her thursday 3:00 pm and turn out the place is not available anymore because someone got approved already yesterday (wednesday) for the apartment so,If I didn’t texted her she wouldn’t let me know that its not available anymore. this is not ok! she didn’t even gave us a heads up even though she knows we’re also interested. Never again HP

Excellent management, very professional and quick to respond to my maintenance issues and complaints . Vicki Is very professional and thoroughly does her job . Very friendly. I would recommend hearthstone . .

Hearthstone sucks!

I'd rather shoot myself in the leg then deal with hearthstone property management again. There customer service is awful and you may as well say goodbye to your damage deposit right off the get go if you plan on going threw them because you're never gonna get your money back! They will find any reason greasy reason to scab your hard earned money away from you.

I will never recommend to rent a place with this company at all!

Kind, courteous and prompt to respond to repair what ever needs attention. Excellent management company.
