Beryl's Bloomers

AMAZING!! I am part of a non-profit and have used Beryl's Bloomers for 2 events now - the flower arrangements are absolutely gorgeous and we always receive lots of complements! THANK YOU

Instead of contacting me for additional delivery information, they kept the flowers in their cooler for almost two weeks. I only found out they weren't delivered by asking the recipient how they looked. They cancelled the Teleflorist credit card charge, and resubmitted it for five dollars more - without notifying me. I ordered a particular sympathy bouquet because it had a beautiful cross included in the bouquet. It was not included. Not impressed at all with this company.

Generally disappointed - $139 for a Zen Garden -overpriced for the quality. When called to provide feedback endless excuses - not any suggestion or apology. Will use an alternate provider in future.

The flowers were not the problem, the problem is the complete lack of concern for privacy from this establishment, staff confirmed that they will keep information about their customers private, and then when called they give out personal info to a phone caller. Then when confronted they become rude, lie to your face, and then finally admit that they gave out personal information. Staff was rude and argumentative, refused any type of refund. Apparently this business has little regard for privacy

Never disappointed with service or selection, they always go the extra mile to make sure my orders are delivered even after store hours!

Less for more Money

They did deliver on time! I am very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet that I orded. The shop has upgrading options availabe; I opted to pay for the "better" type of bouquet and got a even cheaper looking one the the standard option for fullness of flowers. Looked very shabby compared to the picture, seemed to be far less roses and miniature flowers compared to the even cheapest version, and stuffed full of cheap greens, taking away from the intended roundness of what the bouquet should have been. Overall I would say I would be stretching to say they are worth it when I am sure there are plenty of other shops in the area that could provide the same quality of a product at half the cost.
