Jenny and her husband have been absolutely fantastic with my puppy Maxi. As an anxious dog, grooming was difficult and since meeting the PetPet team, she has looked forward to her appointments. They are caring, skilled and talented groomers. Thank You! Pam
I called in to book an appointment for my dogs and they were so rude, not to mention that I barely understood what they were saying. Overall did not find them professional at all, and would not recommend this place at all.
We have been taking our dog Scrappy to Jenny at Pet Pet Wash since 2009! My dog is 18 years old now and has the worst anxiety and she handles him so well, every time I pick him up he is perfectly groomed, and looks fresh and fluffy! They know their clients so well and treat you like family and as though your dog is their dog. I know when I drop him off he is in good hands and I would recommend them to any owner, I don’t know what we would do without Pet Pet Wash! Thank you !!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dog groomer. The owner is the nicest lady ever, she loves her job. She loves to talk to customers about their pets, and having lost my pup just two weeks prior, she was willing to talk about it with me. Otherwise, the grooming is immaculate! She is thorough, and if the dog is stressed she gives them lots of love and lots of breaks. My dog has never come out of her groomers so relaxed and happy! Thank you so much to all the staff!
Best groomer! I've tried many groomers over the years. These guys are amazing! My dogs always are well cared for and nicely groomed. Our little dog (malti poo) often gets matted hair and they always make her look adorable! We also have a lab/golden dog that they do great with as well. Cannot recommend them enough!
I have been bringing my long haired terrier to these folks for years. They are excellent with the animals (very gentle including their massage for my girl) and do an outstanding job of grooming. Lots of space to house the dogs, and open so the dogs don't get anxious. Recommend them for sure!
Do not have to wait for weeks to book an appointment and great job on the grooming will be back for sure.
After three groomers declined Digbe as a client (too hard to handle), Pet Pet accepted her. That was four years ago. Digbe is happy to be left in the care of Pet Pet (every month or two), and by reports, has developed a rapport with Pet Pet staff (despite Digbe's personality issues). Pet Pet gives Digbe special attention i.e. she has hyper-sensitive paws and revels in being towel-dried. I highly recommend Pet Pet - professional, caring, attentive to detail.
We need more groomers like Daris that loves animals. Our two shitzus have been going to Daris and his wife Jenny for a number of years. The grooming is excellent, they get a spa treatment and come home happy and relaxed. Daris pays particular attention to each pet and informs you if there is a problem with a possible health concern. Not once have any of our dogs ever been mistreated. We would recommend Pet Pet Wash to anyone looking for a quality, caring groomer.
Since we began to take our dog to Pet Pet Wash as a puppy, we have always received professional courteous service. We feel Darius takes extra care in grooming our dog as we constantly receive compliments on how nice she looks. Not only does our dog come home looking smart, she seems to enjoy her stress free day at Pet Pet Wash. I have been taking my dog to Pet Pet Wash for almost two years and have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE each and every time. I am a very loyal customer, as the owners are truly professionals and love my dog as much as I do. My shih tzu is groomed every four weeks to five weeks and I have never experienced anything but the best. I TRUST Pet Pet Wash, MPLICITLY, with my dog. Each time I drop off my dog I feel very confident that he will be treated very professionally. When I pick my dog up he is BEAUTIFULLY groomed. When I take my dog out in public, I am often complimented on his grooming. Usually I am asked where I get him groomed because people are impressed with how he looks. During my first year with Pet Pet Wash, I was suffering with an illness that made it difficult for me to get out of the house, and Deris and Jinny went the extra mile to pick up and drop off my dog. I would not take my dog to any other groomer as I have had complete success with this shop. I have recommended this dog grooming establishment to some friends as well as some strangers, and each time I am thanked for pointing them to such a GREAT GROOMER. These people in turn have become loyal customers of Pet Pet Wash. Since my dog is like my child, it is very important to me to have someone that I can trust to have the grooming duties for my dog. This shop has my complete loyalty and I trust them completely. I highly recommend this grooming establishment for your four legged family members. You WILL BE PLEASED with the results.
This is my groomer too. They are very experienced. Me and my husband are very happy with their work done. Above all, they perform excellent work for a reasonable price. I have a Shih-tzu with huge eyes, she has never been injured while groomed in the past. I'm sorry for your puppy. Same thing happened to my dog in my backyard and I did not even noticed it after a week. I think you should go to a different vet if he is charging you a HUGE amount, as my vet only charged me around $200.
