As much as I would like to keep this to myself so the whole city does not line up for blocks, I have to say that Dr. Basha and his staff are 2nd to none when it comes to patient care. They are kind, patient, informative and go the extra mile to make sure you and your fur babies are looked after! We have brought our girls Mylie & Hannah here several times and they love visiting Dr.Basha! Prices are very reasonable and service is outstanding. Try them! Simply the best!

Very friendly staff. Efficient clean and very reliable. Never have to wait long and are always tentative to pets needs. I would definitely recommend this vet service. My dog had broken one of his small bones in his toe and they treated him so good he actually wanted to go back in treatment room.

We have brought our dogs here for many years, starting when a different vet owned the clinic. Dr. Steele is a skilled and knowledgeable vet and has given humane care to our dogs and informed advice to us. Much appreciated.

When I arrived to pick up Shadow, he was lying in his feces and urine. There were multiple layers of towels in case of this, yet nobody thought to remove them. Very disappointing, and I will not be returning.

A little bit of compassion for pet parents please.

Only issues were discharge My two 5 month olds were SCREAMING in the back kennel but the tech did not put them in their kennel and bring them to us so we could calm them down, we had to go to a separate room and spend 15 minutes on discharge information that is all written on a sheet of paper anyway all while listening to my babies screaming we couldn't concentrate. I just felt like running back to get them. And Leaving messages on a pet 'parent's phone saying Please call us back its in regards of Tommy (my pup) No information left, no comfort in saying Don't worry we are just checking up on him, we immediately think the worst. Very uncaring. The service itself was quick and easy to book, besides all the hidden fees they try pushing.

AMAZING SERVICE AND QUALITY

MY kitty had a major ear problem and they were the only vet to get me in immediately and they even accepted my cheque, when no one else would! Thank you for caring about animals! Danielle
