This shop is terrible!staff are rude, looks like doesnt know customer service. I send money early in the afternoon and then called me at almost 9pm its winter and told me to come to their store because the money is on hold because I need to pay additional handling fee. The owner is not apologetic, he and his wife are rude!it is their staff mistake and then penalizing me to come at 9pm on winter, my son is already in pajama and I need to drive back just to pay additional handling fee.

Absolutely disgusting “buisness” reaks of body order and is so filthy. Behind the front desk is littered in garbage and stock. Crazy how this place is even open. The women working there are so rude & shouldn’t be working in customer service.

No manners talking to client, the wife of the owner I can say needs to be train in talking to people. The store is a mess..

Make sure you count how much you owe. The owners have intentionally charged me more than what my items cost. This has happened twice.

Calling it dollar world is a joke. Most expensive so called dollar store ever. Purchased a helium balloon with 5.99 price tag and was told wrong price was on it. 9.99 for a balloon. Never ever going back. Terrible store

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

Terrible service, I was genuinely looking through the store and was treated like a child the entire time. Every single aisle I went into, she followed along asking what I was looking for. When I got to the toy aisle, I was feeling a toy and that's when she said please don't play with anything I know you're not here to buy anything. Don't touch. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL I would suggest replacing the owner honestly. This is not the first time it's happened to me or many of my friends.
