Awful the worst place nails with break within 2 days

This is a new nail studio in Kensington and it is very clean, friendly and predictable. Very happy with my nails and pedicure. I have visited 6 times since they opened 7 months ago

Horrible experience after a pedicure left one of my heels scraped down to the point of drawing blood, and the manager refusing to refund me for the experience. I demanded to speak with the owner, and after being given what I thought was his contact information, was given a constant, incredibly frustrating run-around. I have never experienced more appalling customer service or treatment in my life. This business does NOT deserve your business.
